Recipe of Detox, Elimination & Anti-Bloating Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. Papaya
  2. Ginger
  3. Grapefruit
  4. Flax Seed
  5. Cucumber
  6. Green Tea
  7. Celery

Anti-Bloating Smoothie

Procedure:

  • Take 2 cups of fresh papaya cubes in a blender
  • Now add half a diced cucumber in it
  • Add 1 ½ stalk of celery in it
  • Take a peeled half grapefruit and add it to the blender
  • Add small piece of peeled ginger in it
  • Next, add half of medium sized peeled lemon in it
  • Add 1 ½ Tbsp of ground Flax Seed in it
  • Finally, add 1 ½ cups of cold Green Tea in it
  • And Blend all the ingredients to make a smoothie
  • Pour it into glass jar and enjoy it
