  • Chia seeds, one-fourth cup
  • Coconut milk, one cup
  • Vanilla Essence, two to three drops
  • Ripe mangos, two


  • Take a bowl, and in it, add one-fourth cup of Chia seeds.
  • After this, add one cup of coconut milk, and mix the ingredients well.
  • Next, add two to three drops of Vanilla Essence.
  • After this, keep it covered for about 30 minutes.
  • Next, take two ripe mangoes.
  • In a glass, add three tbsp of Chia pudding.
  • Next, add two tbsp of mango puree, and mix well.

Mango Yogurt Parfait


  • Curd, two tbsp
  • Turmeric powder, one-fourth tsp
  • Peanuts, half tbsp
  • Saffron, one pinch
  • Chopped mangoes, two tbsp
  • Sliced almonds, one tbsp


  • Take two tbsp of curd in a glass.
  • After this, add one-fourth tsp of turmeric powder in it.
  • Next, add a half tbsp of peanuts and a pinch of saffron.
  • After this, add two tbsp of chopped mangoes and two tbsp of curd again, and repeat the layering.

  • Mangoes, two
  • Coconut milk, half cup
  • Sliced almonds


  • Take two mangoes.
  • Take half cup of coconut milk in a glass.
  • After this, add chopped mangoes in it, and blend.
  • Fill in the mixture in ice cream cups and tip it with sliced almonds. Keep it in the freezer overnight or for four to five hours.
