Ingredients

  • Almonds, 20 to 15
  • Walnuts, 1 to 2
  • Cashew nuts, 6 to 8
  • Pistachio, 5 to 7
  • Nigella seeds, one pinch
  • Sunflower seeds, two tsp
  • Honey, two tsp
  • Milk (goat milk), one glass
  • Gram flour (roasted), two tsp

Procedure

  • Firstly take a clean blender.
  • Now, add fifteen to twenty almonds into the blender.
  • Then, add one to two walnuts into the blender.
  • Later, add six to eight cashew nuts into the mixture.
  • After that, add five to seven pieces of pistachio into the blender.
  • Now, add one pinch of nigella seeds into the mixture.
  • After that, add two tsp of sunflower seeds into the blender.
  • Later, add two tsp of honey into the mixture.
  • Then, add one glass of goat milk into the blender.
  • Now, add two tsp of roasted gram flour into the mixture.
  • After that, switch on the blender and blend the mixture well.
  • Now, switch off it and take out the mixture in a glass.
  • Finally, the juice is ready to drink.
