  • Souf
  • Ajwain

  • Take two glass of water in a pan and add one cinnamon.
  • Add a small piece of ginger.
  • Add few souf and ajwain.
  • Cook it until the water gets half.
  • Your weight loss drink is ready to drink.
  • Have it daily once a day after having your breakfast.
