- Olive oil, 250 ml
- Cajuput oil, five tbsp
- Rosemary, one tbsp
- Black peppers, five
- Cloves, five
- Lemongrass, two tbsp
- Ginger, two tbsp
- In the blender, add 250 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
- After this, add five tbsp of cajuput oil.
- Next, add one tbsp of rosemary.
- After this, add five black peppers and five cloves.
- Now, add two tbsp of lemongrass and two tbsp of ginger.
- Blend all of these ingredients and store the mixture in a glass jar.
- Home remedy to treat joint pain naturally is ready for use now. Keep this jar for two to three weeks.
How to Use:
After two to three weeks, filter the oil and store it in a glass bottle with a lid. Warm this oil at 37-38 degrees Celsius before using. Massage your joints with this oil and then cover your joints with a bandage.
